Hello there! I'm Zully, owner of Splendor Salon, Beauty & Hair Specialist and Licensed Cosmetologist with 18 years of experience. I specialize in Low Maintenance Lived in Color • Balayage • Highlights • Corrections • Keratin • Haircuts • Signature Blowouts. I am passionate about making my guests feel like their authentically best selves when they come into my space. My goal is for you to have the best experience by giving you individualized attention, using quality hair products and delivering the perfect finished look. Cancellation Policy
A credit card on file is required for all new clients at the time of booking. I charge a 30% cancellation fee (NON-REFUNDABLE) for any no-shows or last minute cancellations within 48 hrs of appointment (30% of the total services scheduled)
Deposits paid at the time of booking will go towards your scheduled appointment but are NON-REFUNDABLE. If you miss or cancel your appointment (within 48hrs) a new deposit will be required in order to rebook.
As a courtesy, appointment reminders & confirmations are sent before each appointment. If I’m unable to reach you, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment date and time in order to avoid missed appointments and cancellation fees. All fees and/or deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.
